      By using these pages the User (“User” includes “the agents, employees, volunteers, administrators, and assigns” of any Organization associated with Assiniboine Trails West) expressly agrees that Assiniboine Trails West is not responsible for any damages or loss done to the User’s computer, software, or hardware; be they direct, indirect or incidental.  Assiniboine Trails West is also not responsible for damages for loss of use or data, unauthorized access or tampering to systems or the website, and typographical errors/omissions.

Waiver:

      By using these editing pages the User agrees to the following terms and conditions of Assiniboine Trails West (ATW):

1.  The User holds responsibility for their actions and will accept the consequences of said actions.
2.  ATW has the right to limit, refuse or remove any or all parts of the User’s access privileges or content without warning.  ATW also has the right to determine when or if any access or content will be reactivated.
3.  The User will not reveal their User ID or Password to any third party.  Should the User believe that any third party knows this information they will contact ATW to have it changed immediately.
4.  The User will not display offensive or inappropriate materials, or use their email account to send unsolicited advertising, illegal activities, inappropriate content, or any activities regarded as “Spam”.
5.  The User will not trespass in another User’s Account and change or damage any files or work they may have.
6.  The User will not violate copyright laws.
7.  The User will not post any commercial advertising of any type on the ATW website.
8.  The User will respect and protect the privacy of the public and ATW Users. Unless authorized by the individual affected, no phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses or photographs can be used or posted on the site.
